I am glad you are here & considering walk & talk therapy!

If we were in person, I would offer “green-space” or “walk & talk”

or “beach-walk” counseling to my clientele, however, during this

very different time, our self-care, time behind the screen, and

exercise routines may look very different.  I would like to offer a

new idea, where it is available, and of course if it is something

that you would like!  I feel that the movement of the body, where

available and of course modifying any limitations, can greatly

benefit the movement of thinking, allow a free flowing sensation

from the conscious and subconscious and tremendously lend to

the therapeutic process.

If you feel that "walk & talk" may be a good fit for you & would like to participate in “walk & talk” sessions, and either have a safe place to walk outside, or access to a treadmill or even a stationary bike at home, please let me help you to stay accountable to this small part of your self-care routine!  You can can indicate this in the scheduling options as a “Walk & Talk Session."  I will walk with you from the other side of the country, or the other side of the world!

During our session, I will ensure that I am in a confidential space to respect your privacy and information, and I have noise canceling headphones so that your conversation is absolutely private.  Please let me know if you have any questions.  I’m also sharing a couple articles here to give more psychoeducation on “Walk & Talk Therapy.”
