Hey There

It’s hard to be a human sometimes.  

So many of us go through life with too many thoughts and feelings that go unaddressed and unsaid. I believe we all deserve a place to focus on ourselves to discover who we are and who we want to be. My goal is to meet you exactly where you are, and be there as you grow and meet yourself too! Simply put, I’d love to work together and provide a safe space for you to process, find comfort, and freely exist in those times that it feels particularly hard for you to be a human! 

I’ve always been drawn to working with people and being a service-based person; most of my roles growing up consisted of helping others and learning how to do so effectively. From my experience, mental and emotional health is a focal point of healing that often gets neglected, and it’s this realization that brought me to pursue being a therapist. I’m continually engaging in the lifelong journey of learning about people, life, and even myself, and I’m eager to use the lessons and tools I’ve learned to best support you!
